I have been trying to get "support" from the customer service department and it is impossible. I explained that my account was opened in 2024 under a different email account but i aam not able to login.

when i get asked to verify and enter my business telephone number, I get a message that says the number is associated with a different account. Alignable support responded with "enter a ticket and we will get to it when we have time" Is that a serious response from a company who's entire business model is to help businesses network!

Jessica, We have been trying to work with you on this but you have yet to provide the information necessary to find and remove that phone number. We have also given you other options to gain access to an existing account you have by updating the email and also verifying your new account manually.

Unfortunately this is a fabricated response. I have been responding for 4 weeks now and your support department is unhelpful. There should be a telephone number because clearly email does not work well does your support system.

I was calling customer service to discuss something. That's the whole point of customer servicing having voice support… But all you guys have is you can leave a voice message l so we will email you

I called this voice number to talk to someone, and it says I can leave a voicemail so they can email me back. The whole point of getting on the phone is to talk to someone.

It's almost a double slap in the face for you guys to allow us to call you just to leave a voicemail so that we get an email. It's almost like saying, 'Hey, we're going to pretend you have voice support, and then we're going to take it back and just ask you to leave a voicemail so we can email you and have no real communication.

Thanks for the feedback Jerry. We deal in email for efficiency and record keeping. If a call is warranted, we will do a video call for screen sharing.

I currently have a standing harassment restraining order against Tom Evanstad, which does not allow him to contact me in any way, shape, or form. I received an email from your company regarding him.

If you sent that email, then you are violating the conditions of the HRO. If he gave you the information, then he has violated the HRO. I need to find out how you got my information.

Hello, If you are not a member of Alignable and you received an invitation to join from Tom, or if you are a member and received an invitation to connect to him, that means he had you in his contacts and chose to send that message to you. He connected his contacts to Alignable and was able to select connect all, some, or none of them.

Why is it so hard to recover my account? I have gone through your hoops twice to recover my account with no success.

I previously had an account with this phone number: 707-280-**** and the email of ronald.dailey@e-hps.com. I no longer have access to that email address; thus, this is my issue. I filled out your form including my driver's license, but you sent an email that said, 'Sorry, we can't help!' What? You wanted the URL to my old account (over 8 months since I used it); I don't have that URL because I cannot get into my account since I do not have access to my old email address!

How hard is that for you to figure out? I cannot find your phone number anywhere on your site, so I looked you up on Google and found your number in a listing for PissedCustomer! I called and was told that if I really want help, I need to hang up and email you! Wow, can your service be any worse?

I want to access my account so that I can use my new company and email address. I am not changing my phone number, so how can I resolve this?

Because my local Alighablev app is hacked

I am unable to do business with that source which was convenient. Alignable app specifically in North Dallas, Plano, vicinity.

My company Bell Marketing Systems is a startup sales organization with an emphasis in Solar Panels as well as Cable Internet. That only caused problems with my interest in Align market because that is when that hacking began. I am concentrating in the area of town according to my zip code. My sales experience began as young carpenter selling used nails to some of my fellow carpenters as a child.

Had call scheduled and from the start disputes details and facts! Real thug approach, told me my business is not B2B and my company has been serving Bay area business since 1995.

He actually hung up on me mid speech!

Cancel service

Been trying to cancel service 4 months. No longer need yur services.

We just need to cancel this subscription. Please contact so we can get this service cancelled as soon as possible. No longer need this service. It served no profitable gain to my business.

Hi There, We do have a phone system for voicemails which we reply to within 2-3 hours. We communicate via emails for efficiency and record keeping and our average response time is 1-3 hours, which is well below industry average.

My boss wanted to try a Month of Sponsorship with at Alignable. Kathy who "sold" this temp ad did not thoroughly listen and did not explain in detail the Sponsorship program.

They took it upon themselves to charge a second month!!

I attempted to contact Alignable by phone which the # 888.350.4133

said the number you dialed is incorrect. This attempt was After I submitted the request for REFUND with online customer "success" team and stated that we only wanted to do one month trial period.

Denied, stating that its not included in the T&C's and is not allowed??!!

We want our refund and we cannot call them to explain the situation and that Kathy did not explain the program's details "monthly payment of $450 will be deducted Every Month!!

Yes We are One Pissed Consumer!! Poor Customer Service!!!
