Charging me subscription for no service

Añignable has been charging me for no service for a couple of years. Contacting them to cancel the subscription is impossible. They dont even have anyone answering the phones.

Not good when they don’t follow through on any communication

I have been trying to get myself verified. I am a licensed insurance agent with HealthMarkets, and when I try to verify my phone number, it states that the number is already in use.

I have closed all old accounts with Alignable and would like to use my phone number, 816-517-****, for my HealthMarkets business. I have also filled out the form to request this change, and I have received one response that said I needed to fill out the form I had already filled out.

Resolved: Several members here at alignable have alerted us that they cant pull up our alignable member page?

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. After several messages to Alignable support it appears our account has been reactivated and appears to be public.

This is great news as we have thousands of active loyal customers that we brought into Alignable and they are the best business network we know of today.

We have been a low price leader on the web since 1998 for quality packaging supplies and access to Alignable is very important for success. We highly recommend Alignable.com

Several members here at Alignable have alerted us that they can't pull up our Alignable member page. Why?

I can pull it up, but why are others having trouble? Our premium membership was cancelled without our permission, and no explanation was provided. Additionally, messages about this cancellation have gone unanswered. Is there a problem with our membership?

We have brought hundreds of people here and have always been active in promoting Alignable. We have sent messages to Alignable support, as well as to higher-up members, with no replies at all.

Please tell us what we did wrong. We want our page reinstated immediately and our premium membership restored.

They charged me $50 a month on an old credit card! Suing them.

Reporting them to the police for fraud. They charged my old credit card without my consent. I'm calling the police and reporting them.
